Apple designed the QuickTime architecture as a powerful, extensible and flexible platform for creating digital media that maintains backwards compatibility with previous versions as new ones come to market. So files created using QuickTime 1 more than a decade ago continue to play smoothly today in QuickTime 7.
Additional Settings for QuickTime 7
If you run into a problem where you can't view the online forms please follow these steps to make sure QuickTime is configured for Mpeg-4 play back.
1. Click on the start menu - programs - QuickTime
2. From the "Edit" menu select "Preferences" - QuickTime Preferences
3. Locate the "File Types" tab at the top and click on it.
4. Click on "MPEG - MPEG system, video, and audio files. Make sure there is a check by MPEG-4 media
5. Click "OK" at the bottom
6. Close Internet Explorer'
7. Try the Forms page again.
